FAQs

How does this work?

The process for smaller jobs is simple and straightforward:

  • Phone Consultation

  • Visit

  • Planning and Approval

  • Construction and Acceptance

More detailed jobs naturally have more steps, designed to help define and deliver your dream result more reliably.

How much will we be disrupted?

We plan and schedule your job to keep your house working for you as much as possible. We know renovations can be very disruptive, especially if not planned well, so we’ll do everything we can to help you minimize down time, and to keep your house as clean, tidy, and as comfortable as possible throughout the process.

What if we need to change the plan?

Changes are part of our process! We’ll do everything we can to help keep you in budget when something important comes up, but at the same time, we recognize that sometimes the things you really want and need, only become obvious while we’re completing your project.

How does payment work?

We ask for 50% after you approve the project and sign a contract, because we have to supply materials and labor. The remainder of the balance will be due upon completion.

For extremely large projects, we may request additional installments, to be paid as the project approaches completion, but at that scale, there won’t be anything surprising or risky for you.

What guarantees do we have?

Well, you have our guarantee of workmanship of course, and all of the manufacturer guarantees that may come with any fixtures or materials put into your improvements.

And beyond guarantees, we’re a licensed, bonded, and insured Arizona Contractor ROC 348833 (Legal Disclaimer: For any complaints, contact Arizona Registrar of Contractors at https://roc.az.gov/file-complaint or Mail a complaint form to Registrar of Contractors P.O. Box 18243 Phoenix, AZ 85005-8243).
